✔ Service Cancellation by Client – If you cancel a booked service at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
✔ Technical Issues – If technical issues prevent the delivery of online services (e.g., system errors), we will attempt to reschedule the session or provide a refund if a solution is not possible.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
✖ Change of Mind – If you decide not to proceed with a consultation after it has been delivered.
✖ Partial Use of Services – If you have used part of a service and request a refund for the unused portion.
✖ Failure to Attend a Scheduled Session – If you miss a consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy

✔ Less than 48 hours before the appointment – No refund is available, but you may request to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
